FAQ's
1.       What is fractional ownership? How can I be sure I get the car I want, when I want it?
When you become a fractional owner, you share in the ownership costs of 5 super-cars. It does not make sense to sink $200K plus taxes and maintenance in one vehicle, that you drive 2 or 3 days a week, let alone spend $1M on five. Depending on the Flex-plan you choose, you are guaranteed 7 weeks or 21 weeks of drive time per year, in blocks of 1 or 2 weeks. You are assigned a schedule that spreads out your drive time evenly over the year, with a different car each time. This maximizes variety, and allows you to plan accordingly.


2.       What if I don’t like a particular car, or need to change the schedule?
We make every effort to accommodate the needs of our members, and you are guaranteed availability based on a pre-agreed to schedule. If you would like to make changes to this schedule, you may swap vehicles and drive time with other members. Our secure online member area is the best forum for this.


3.       Exactly how does Insurance work?
Our supplemental insurance coverage complements member-provided insurance to give all members peace of mind in terms of liability, collision and comprehensive coverage. You must show proof of insurance before becoming a member. 


4.       What does ‘white glove service’ mean?
In addition to taking care of buying, selling, paying for registration, inspections and property taxes, we take care of service, maintenance, storage and keeping the cars in showroom condition. We deliver your car to your driveway washed, and with a full tank of gas at the beginning of your drive week. We pick up one week later from your driveway. No time to fill up with gas before the scheduled pick up? We'll gladly take care of that with no per gallon surcharges.


5.       Do you do corporate accounts?
Absolutely! To remain ahead, businesses small and large look for differentiators that set them apart from their competition. Instead of rewarding your top employees with gift cards, imagine giving them the keys to a V10 Gallardo. Entertaining clients? Forget about season tickets. Pick them up from the airport in a Bentley GTC and ask them to drive. A 21-week Flex plan gets you 147 days a year of super-car driving.


6.       How do I know you don't oversubscribe? How often do you update your fleet? 
We maintain a conservative car-to-member ratio, and add cars as the number of members increases. Indeed there often is a waiting period because we only purchase vehicles as members sign up. Of course, your interest in renewing your membership declines if the car you want is regularly unavailable, or if the condition of the fleet were to deteriorate. As such the average age of our cars is 3 years or less, excluding classics of course.


7.       In what areas do you operate?
Membership is restricted to people who live or work within 60 miles of our McLean, VA office. This translates into the greater Washington DC area. See map below. We plan to expand into other cites, but not until 2012.


8.   Do you offer any other plans?
 Membership is restricted to elite car enthusiasts who insist on driving the best. We do not rent the cars out to the public, and require at least one year membership.
